Redemption & Ticketing
- Ultimate Day Pass redemption is strictly available at Monkeys Information Counter only.
- This offer applies exclusively to All-Day Pass tickets and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- A QR Code will be issued for every successful transaction to the registered email. Redemption is subject to the respective purchase.
- All guests must present a valid ticket or booking confirmation upon redemption.
- Tickets are issued in the form of wristbands and must be worn at all times within the park.
- All tickets and wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for one (1) time use only.
- Tickets are only valid on the day of redemption and will be considered null and void after the validity period.
- Entry may be denied if tickets are damaged, altered, duplicated, or illegible.
- Unauthorized resale or duplication will result in denial of entry.

Usage & Booking Conditions
- Partial redemption is strictly not allowed. All tickets under a single receipt must be redeemed on the same day.
- Bulk purchase tickets (2 or more) must be redeemed together and cannot be split across multiple dates.
- No changes, refunds, replacements, or extensions are allowed once the ticket is purchased or redeemed.
- For online purchases, no amendments or separate redemption is allowed once confirmed.
- Weekday tickets are not valid on weekends and vice versa.

Eligibility & Admission
- Open to all age groups.
- Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Management will not be held responsible for any incidents resulting from lack of supervision or negligence.
Tickets are height-based: 
     Child: Height 90cm - 130cm 
     Guests Height above 130cm must purchase an Adult ticket
- Incorrect ticket purchases will require top-up during redemption, with no refunds provided.

Attraction & Safety
- Guests must comply with all safety instructions and staff guidance at all times.
- Height and weight restrictions apply to certain attractions. 
- Maximum weight limit for selected rides and playground activities is 40kg.
- Participants are responsible for proper use of equipment. Any damage caused may result in repair or replacement charges.

Prohibitions
- No outside food or beverages allowed (except personal water bottles if permitted). 
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Offensive behavior, misconduct, or inappropriate attire will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed without refund.
- Drones, remote-controlled devices, and battery-operated transport (e.g. scooters, e-bikes) are not permitted.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are not advisable. Designated holding areas may be provided.

General Conditions
- All payments are cashless.
- Last admission is 1 hour before closing time.

- Due to Malaysia’s tropical weather, operations may be affected by rain or thunderstorms. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
- Enchanted Forest entry is subject to session availability. Guests are advised to book early or join the next available session if full.
- The Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions by Management shall be final and binding.
